Norfolk, Va and Va Beach...

Brad invited Hudson and I to "accompany" him on a little overnight business trip to Norfolk, Va. It's a beautiful town/city with lots of character! Great Navy museum, restaurants, shopping, river walk, etc... plus it's surrounded by water which is beautiful!! I was excited to see other parts of Virginia... but I do NOT think Brad will invite us back any time soon... it's very difficult to combine WORK and pleasure with an "almost ONE year old..." :)

Birthday present... a little early (part 1) :)

Okay, so the first picture you see is Hudson looking like a "STUD"!! :) The other pictures are of Hudson's B-day present from his Grandaddy (Brad's dad)... Hudson LOVES to slide! (And swing, too) We can tell he's going to be our adventurous little boy (he gets that from his DADDY!!).

One of my VERY best friends from college got married this past weekend!! We had so much fun...the entire weekend was a BLAST!!! ;)

Visiting Family, a baseball game and Annapolis, MD

We had a wonderful time visiting my family in Maryland. Brad, his dad and my uncle went to the Orioles vs. Red Sox game Friday night while my cousin, aunt, and I (and Hudson) got to visit! :) Saturday we all went to Annapolis, MD! We LOVED IT!!! It reminded Brad and I of a "mini" Boston... and WE LOVE BOSTON!! :) The water, yachts, sailboats, shops, restaurants, etc... made for a fun and entertaining day!!! :)
